I want my carputer to be a mp3 player, divx player, dvd player, emulators, OBD, and GPS (if it is free). Will these parts work?

I have 192meg SDram and a 175watt P/S.

And then a 7" non touchscreen (too expensive) a touch pad (like a laptop one) and a small keyboard (without # pad)

What else do i need thanks for any help.
