Hey folks, I have what I wanna do but I dont know how to do what connects where and what not. Here is my setup:
PC to 4ch amp to mono ampf ro subwoofer.
Now I dont know what I need between the PC and amp to get it working, and will it have good sound or will it be crappy sounds like a tape deck?
You said that your 4 channel amp connects to a mono amp for the subwoofer - unless i read that wrong. So then I assume that you're using the 4 channels x-over to run the low freqs to the sub. Then all you need are the cables that Jusatry mentioned. Run the stereo out from the computer to the front and rear inputs on the amp.
If, however, you don't have a x-over built into the 4 channel amp, then you'd be better off getting a seperate x-over. Typical ones have a stereo input, and then outputs for front, rear, and sub. Each with their own level controls.
