How to make custom bezels or cases?

I was wondering ... how do you guys go about making custom bezels or cases?

usually fiberglass and/or bondo (or some other filler)

do some searching as this is talked about ALL the time.

and with cases you just get creative. My last one was made out of dark 1/4" thick acrylic. Ive seen as far as a toaster computer

I machined my custom bezel screen on a mill out of a piece of aluminum stock, and my motherboard, power supply, and hard drives are bolted to a piece of sheet metal i cut to size (the hard drives are in a cage i stole from an old dell case).

I love having access to a full machine shop....
