What 5.1 processors is the VIA EPIA M10000 compatible with?
If your planning on using the SPDIF out on the MI-10000 then you can use any. SPDIF is a standard for digital sound signaling. All you need to do is make sure you get coax vs optical SPDIF.
Just FYI for those that dont know SPDIF(Actually written S/PDIF) stands for Sony/Phillips Digital Interface.
