SP-DIF is digital audio, the other two are video. S-Video is a better signal then RCA video because the luma and chroma signals are seperated.

If your somewhat disjointed question is 'what signal is best for transmitting digital audio over SP-DIF connection', then RCA video cable (the cheapest out there) is perfectly fine.

If I'm not answering your question, could you add some verbs and adjectives?

LOL...no no guys...I asked my friend to post this tread....because I tried to changed my boot screen on my home computer (manually) and my computer refused to load anymore. Thank YOU VERY MUCH CHAIRBOY...You did answer my question which was...is composite or s-vid better and is rca or sp-dif (audio wise) better. THANKS..lol that 10yr joke is pretty good..tahnks
