Opus Question

I am trying to determine a power supply solution. I like the opus but I donno if it will run what I need/have
I'm planning on using a P3 450 (shortly after I want to replace it with an old XP2000), geforece 3 agp card, 120 gig western digital (3.5), and a slot load DVD (5.25) I also want to use a gps, this is all I can think of.... would there be a differnce using the opos vs using a old PSU with an inverter?
