    which power supply

    Hi i'm building a very low budget car pc, based on an old home pc I have. p3 500Mhz, 384mb ram, 40gb hd. The power supply inside the computer says = Output = 160W max. I assume therefore that I need a 160W or higher inverter to power it in the car? Inverter is the cheapest option for me at the moment as replacing the whole power supply is far too costly. Cheers.

    Get a 300w inverter just to be sure.
