ITPS provides ~70W regulated. I never went that far so you will have to cool it real good to be safe.
I think you will be experiencing some weird things like random restarts, devices powering off etc.
You may need some other PSU such as M1-ATX or others.
In my config I was able to boot from USB HDD and USB stick. It works little slower than regular boot, but not that much.
