Question about Radio

This probably a very noob-ish question, but how does radio work in the carputer? I have a 2002 acura RSX, and I'm planning on taking out my headunit in order to hook up my touchscreen lcd in the dash space. Im also planning on using the mini-itx mobo, probably the M10000.

I've seen in media engine that theres an option for radio, just wondering how it can be hooked up
