Is it possible to use Laptop LCD for VGA connection

Anyone know if it is possible to use laptop LCD for VGA output of your pc?
Say, I have old toshiba laptop screen that I would like to use off of my Epsiia board.

I think you would need a graphic card/video converter for LCD screen, but not sure...

Right the short answer is NO!

The long answer is still no, it is less money to buy a new display then to get the parts you need to make it work, if you could find the right ones for the display you have (they are all different).
