Have a prob with my mobo

I got my via epia m10000 and was perparing installation into my case. Once i had everyhting connected i powered the machine up, loaded win xp, and updated the via drivers.. I left the cae open at this point , just in case i needed to do any troubleshooting.. Well everyhting worked great and i decided to instal everything properly within the case, even the front panel audio, usb and firewire connections. When I finally finished and sealed the case , i tried testing it once again. This time the power led is lit but no vga signal is being sent and there is no light active for the hd. I remeber when i first tested the mobo that i got the logo for the via mainboard... i dont see this logo when i boot my machine as nothing happens except for the power led to be lit... Does anyone have any possible ideas what might be causing this ie, mobo problem or hd.

unplug the HDD and try it, then if you have some other spare memory try that. Also make sure your PSU is functioning correctly. You could also try resetting the bios.
