Video AND sound card

Via epia only has one PCI slot.

How can I connect a graphic card (in order to run 800x480) AND a sound card (in order to have better sound than 1/8" stereo jack)?

Or I just run my screen with 848x480 resolution, altough I read different things as far as quality with 848...

there's this adapter that makes the one pci slot into 2 i think.

you can get a pci video card and run the audigy 2nx or the mp3+ external soundcards. Thats what I am doing.

If you mobo has onboard video, there is a creature out there called a scan converter which will convert your vga monitor cable to rca or svideo outputs (costs anywhere between $30-$150); if not, then a usb sound card sounds like the best option for you.
