Yet Another newbie question :)

OK, i got a couple question, but ill make it worth everyones while. just got my porsche boxster and i need to doooo something to it cause its just dying to get a computer put in. I plan on using a laptop that i had layin around, its pentuim 3 , pretty quick so that shouldnt be so bad. I was just about to order my lilliput and i got a space right where the radio is so it will fit perfect. 1 quick question i got is about the power, i no its a lil easier to use a laptop or so i read somewhere so what exactly can i use for this instead of if i was to use a tower say. Any help would be appreciated. As soon as i get this poppin, i will post some pics, im sure everyone here will love em . Thanks a lot

If I read this correctly, you are asking how to properly power a tower....click
here the Opus will do everything. It is the end all power supply for car pc needs. It is expensive, but it will save you tons of grief in the long run.

I think he was asking how to supply power to the laptop?

Look into either an air/auto adaptor for your laptop or an inverter. I think the first option would be better and easier but the second is good too.

i was asking about a laptop. i wanted it to be enclosed so there would be no wires. So you thinkin an adapter would be good, i would have to go to a shop so they can connect that internally right ? Thanks for the help

The air/auto adapter would plug into the laptop where the home power supply plugs into it. Basically replacing the home power supply. It's pretty much a specialized cigarette lighter plug.
