Ok I have been searching and reading these forums for the last few days (I even missed two of my classes planning my carputer) and I have a few questions. I have an old laptop where the lcd works fine but the hinges are messed up and the case is cracked so i can't use it as a laptop anymore. I want to get a lilliput and mount that using a mount from DASHMOUNT. Where do you guys recommend I extend the old LCD to? ITs 14 inches.

I am not allowed to physically change my car, so this going to pose a problem. How bad is the quality using a fm modulator?

How can I extend the touchpad and the laptop keyboard?

Lastly, any recommendations on what GPS thing to buy? preferably cheap.
