If you are going with an Opus and have a high performance video card why are you going with the m10000 motherboard?
AMD XP 2600+/512MB RAM/120GB hard drive
    Opus 150W/DVD/GPS/7" Lilliput TS/802.11g/Bluetooth

That is the #1 thing that caught me unexpected was how much all of the cables would end up costing.

I would get the Opus 150W (makes your life easier in the end). Just about any video card you can buy will play DVD perfectly. You mean PS2 emulator? Didn't even know those existed. With the M10000 your CPU speeds are going to be limited.

well I know for the PS2 there are ways to jsut plug it into the ligghter thing. but I want less cords so id have it in the car somehow I figured it would be possible but not sure. and is there Xbox emulators out there? and so if I want a fast computer I will need more then a m10000? what should I go to then? thanks for your time.

and once again about the cables I edited it but wasnt sure if you replied before or after so how much will they cost?

I think there is a XBox emulator but no games for it yet. Or something like that. I have an AMD motherboard that came with onboard GForce4 MX video. It only cost me $35 refurbished at NewEgg. I wouldn't get a CPU as fast as mine because you will probably end up running it underclocked. I think a XP 1700 should be sufficient for anything you would run in your carputer.
Cables include at least: Your VGA cable that will run from the trunk to your touchscreen, the USB cable that you will need for your touchscreen and anything else USB you use in the front; more USB cable for your GPS; RCA cable for sound; power cables for your power and grounding and anything else you might add. Then you have all the fuses, terminals and other trivial items.

Use ressellerratings.com to check those stores first before you buy from any of them. It doesn't really matter where you put your carputer. If you have it up front then you willprobably use less cable.
