Is the Asus Digimatrix a good choice for CarPC?

Im thinking about ordering the Digimatrix because it has lots of features already built into it like fm radio, tv tuner, and nice GUI interface. I checked out the case at a local shop and it looked very nice. The ac/dc supply that comes with it states thats its input power was 19v. Is that too high for a carpc as in that would drain the car battery really fast? What should I use as a car PSU? Should I just get an inverter or go all out with the Opus 150w? Can I even use the Opus with this unit?

Has anyone else have any experience with this unit?

Heres a link to its website and checkout all the features:

    Thanks
