    Carputer install

Hi, I'm Belgian and i was thinking of doing a carputer install.
However, cars are not really my cup of tea but i do want it to be nice. I know a lot about pc's and hardware, so that's not a problem.

I drive a 1989 Mercedes 190D. I was going to choose the following products:

    - Lilliput 7" tft screen
    - Via Epia M2 10000
    - custom case / regular mini-itx case
    - trackball mouse
    - ? power supply ?
    - Wires (don't know sorts etc...)

I want some things that are automatic. When the engine is stopped, the carputer shuts itself down also. But i don't want it to startup when I start the engine. I would rather install a switch to do that.

I also want the carputer near me, so not in the trunk, especially not because my audio installation is there. Can you say some good places to install that ?
I will provide some photos later of my car, because there isn't to much room under the seat for instance.

The tft had to be removable, because i'm scared of thefts and i don't want to drill in my car. The Carputer should be hooked up with my pioneer audio system to give some good music
