    FM Transmitters...

    Are they a good idea? I am working on a carputer project and need to get the sound into the stock tape player somehow without modification.

    The tape player has NO aux inputs.

    lol im using one right now to send music to my friends radio from my laptop... i just had to answer this thread. anyways dude its probably not the best solution for a carputer. but to tell you the truth, i just bought this iROCK and it really ******* sounds good. but your best bet is gettting a radio with aux input.
    Carputer: 2.8Ghz P4, 512 RAM, 120gb HDD, WIFI, TV tuner, CDRW/DVDROM, Slot load DVD in front.
    Screen: Lilliput 7" touchscreen (Custom made Carbon Fiber Screen Enclosure)

    Did you search at all. Plenty of threads search FM mod ...
