I wish someone had measurements of the lilli with no casing. I did a little search and couldn't find anything.

Yeah, that's what I used to figure out approx how big it was. Kind of a pain but I think I got close.

You can still use the faceplate too if you wanted. It's a little under 5" with the case still attached according to digitalww.
