the short answer is no, while nothing is impossible it wouldn't be practical. The two main reasons are that in your conversion from vga (computer video output) to composite(the rca input to your'e alpine) you will lose enough resolution that small normal computer text will be pretty much unreadable, add to that the fact that it would be EXTREMELY difficult to use the alpine touch screen overlay to contol the pc & actually function as a touch screen. It would involve techniques & interfaces not available to the average consumer, not to mention the disassy & "butchering" of your'e alpine....,It actually could be done as the overlay on the alpine touchscreen is of the common 4 wire resistive variety,(with an added tactical feedback system that wouldn't work for the pc anyway) however you would have to get a controller to interface to it, & at the same time have it not affect the overall resistance so it wouldn't affect operation of the alpine, you would also have to devise a way for these wires to extend through alpines motorized mechanisim & out of the head unit to the controller, but even if you did accomplish that, you would be back to the original problem of an unreadable low quality display as far as computer displays go, & therefore be a wasted effort at best... again, short answer, forget it...it's not practical
