Exclamation Micro ATX - Power concerns!?

    Hi

Hope someone out there can give me a quick confirmation. I'm buying an Opus 150W power supply and want to run something like this in the car:

Asus P4P800-VM "i865G" Micro ATX (Socket 478) Motherboard
    Mobile Pentium 4/1.5ghz 1mb
    512MB RAM
    1 Full Hard drive
    1 DVD ROM drive

Will the 150Watt Opus have the muscle? Looked at several posts and looks like should do but hoping someone can give me a steer before I part with the cash!

    Thanks
    Drew

The other thing is that when I use this its very hard to get the Wattage below 150, but then I know that other people are using this kind of setup. Hence the question

    Cheers
