lilliput question

hi all ,
hope you can help
i have a 7 lilliput and a fujitsu laptop and the problem is the laptop cant see the lilliput.
if i plug the laptop into a diffrent monitor it can see it and i can switch to it using the Fn+F4 comand.
if i plug the lilliput into any diffrent laptop there is also not a problem and i can switch to it with easy or boot up with it.
as you can see not realy making sence
i have been reading about pin 11 on the vga cable needing to be grounded before some laptops can see an external monitor.
does anybody now if pin11 on the lilliput is grounded or has any one had this problem before

all you people who have taken your lilliputs apart to fit in your dash's one of you must know the pin config of the lilliput ?

thanks but it only tells you about standard VGA pin out's .this should be the same as the lilliput but i dont think pin 11 is gound on the lilliputs .so odd laptops like my fujitsu dont see it when its pluged it
