my car diagram = noise, help me ground/wire this

so. its me again. help me, please... im begging already.

heres the diagram: (view it normal size, paint somehow saved it blurry as jpeg)

the image just below the top view diagram is the side view of my dash

the top part being the HEAD unit, the green part = mobo, the LCD is the thin rectangle (diagonal), that stick is just my shift know, dont know y i drew that. hehe

If I'm reading this right you have audio connected to your amp and headunit....?

Is you HU not connected to your AMP ??

Star ground--> put all grounds to one point, and not the battery ground. This should solve your problem.
