First car-computer

Okay - I'm going to start my next project - the fantastic in-car computer.

I'm just trying to figure out what i want it to do and had a couple references to Centrafuse software - does anyone have a link for that or is there something else you would recommend?

Also - my intention is to have a screen for interfacing (up at the front) which will probably be a lilli 7" touch screen or something and a screen in the back for DVD playback - is this possible with the s/w thats out there?

I know these are simple questions but I'm just getting into whats out there and whats not so any help would be great - thanks!

there is a forum for the centrafuse software, read through the forums, the are dedicated sections for each different piece of software

anything is possible

Yes, in fact it is usually the videocard software that allows this. look for NVidia cards with TV out they usually allow video to played on a seperate card
