    Bolting Mobo

    Hi,

I am remanaging my old carpc now that I realized that the mobo itself isnt that big it was the "mini" tower that was huge...

Anyways, The motherboard, does it need to be bolted onto metal for grounding purposes or something? or could I build a case out of plexiglass or acrylic or whatever and bolt it straight onto that, together with the HD, etc, everything isolated from eachother and from the outside?

    Thanks!

It doesn't matter what it is mounted on. I have motherboards in both wood and acrylic cases and they work fine.
