Anything like a computer?

Is there any consumer good that is just like a computer
that does mp3 gps, but is already pre built with a monitor and you just plug it in?

Its just that my friends think I'm crazy that I'm putting a computer and tft 7' moniton in my car. They think there is a device out there that does everything like a computer but is more simple. Can you guys think of a device?

What is the device called?

Technically, it's still a computer.

It's still not as simple as you envision being able to 'just plug it in', though.

There is no "just plug in" device available that can do all that your computer can or could.

Looks like it may be cheaper and you could still get more uses and features in a pc for your car.

Get used to people thinking you're nuts to put a PC in a car. Most people can't possibly envision ripping the dash apart and installing a PC in the car. My wife, for example.
