Dont know of him but I do know of a bloke who got £60 fine and 3 points, he was watching a DVD whilst doing 90 mph on the M56. He did it at night aswell so his display lit his car up like a christmas tree.
If you ask me its his own fault.

I always have at least one on board, its usually a kids one as I get my little boy from Wales every weekend and there is nothing worse than a bored 5 year old stuck in traffic.
