MP3Car Custom Computer + some question???

I'm a new-b on this carputer stuff. Thinking of building or buying a ready made one on this site.

I'm planning to get this MP3Car Custom Computer (3688) with this spec:

-M1-ATX power supply (how many watt is this? Default one not enough?)
-Morex 3688 Mini-ITX Case (is the 60w DC-DC power supply built in?)
-VIA EPIA M10000 Mini-ITX Mainboard
-2.5" 60GB HD
-Panasonic slot load DVD/CDRW
-512MB DDR Ram
-Liliput 7" Touchscreen

want to run:
-music player
-dvd
-videos (avi,mpg,xvid,divx)

Want to connect:
-TV/FM pci card (doesn't seem to fit the case)
-USB wifi dongle (if possible)
-Bluetooth Dongle (all the time)
-USB thumb/pen drive (only when copying file)
-USB 2.5" external HD (only when copying file)
-Have plan for GPS in the future

Question:
---------

-If I were to build this myself, buying all the components separately, what cable, converter, stuff do I need?

-Does the morex case fit in single DIN slot? (Don't really care as I can put it on the glove box)

-Can I still connect/use mouse & keyboard together with touchscreen?

-can I boot from USB 2.5" external HD instead of internal one?

-Is the 60w sufficient? Do I need ITPS?
what's the difference between "200w Snap-On Miniature 12v DC Power Supply $59.99" and "OPUS 150 watt DC-DC power Supply $179.99"

-How many USB device can I connect before running out of juice?

-Don't really understand this DC-DC converter and Inverter stuff. DC-DC is much better?

wow - every single one of your questions can be answered with a search...

i'd suggest that you learn how to use the search function before posting more questions like these.

there are a few reasons I say this.

First of all, putting a computer in your car is nothing something where you just read a manual and follow instructions. This is all custom work and it's all different for everyone. The car its self poses it's own challenges as does the knowledge of the installer (you).

Second, by searching for answers to your questions you will learn a LOT more than by just posting questions and have people regurgiatate what has already been mentioned in like 30 other threads.

Third, there is a LOT of information on this forum. there are quite a few brilliant people here who are more than willing to answer a question....otherwise we wouldn't have a forum in the first place. this is an invalauble source for information where you can spend a lifetime just reading through it all.

Fourth, in searching for your own answers to your own questions, you will inevitably run across threads that will teach you about things that you never thought would be an issue. This way, you will have the answeres and threads already in your mind so that when you run into these problems you will know immediately where to go to find those answers.

I want to welcome you again to the MP3car.com forums. we are happy you are here. i know i am looking forward to seeing your carpc in your ride as well as all of the inprogress pictures. be sure to take plenty and be sure to post them!
