I was under the impression that he didnt have the manual. regardless; because he didn't know doesn't make him an idiot. I just can't understand why people feel the need to insult others so much (unprovoked).

In my opinion if you can't do something as simple as accessing the BIOS you shouldn't really be doing a CarPC.

cut the kid some slack. sure it was lazy but i'm sure he's not an idiot

Dude that's pretty lazy he waited 12 minutes for a post to tell him.

With a 12 second effort to parts of his post "Epia key enter the bios" (note: no change of case) the second hit says in its description "Hit <Del> key to enter bios".

Thus he's an idiot, for now, but with hanging around these boards for a few months then hopefully he'll graduate to a newb.

That is more a giving him the benefit of the doubt! He could be a complete and utter retard for all you know but then again he could be a doctor in astophysics. Eitherway, it was a bit of a silly thing to ask but at the end of the day, if anyone does a google on "epia bios" they will now find the answer on MP3car.com

Scott, as for the ******* comment - that was a bit harsh don't you think?

well not really. if the noob called him an ******* then maybe but i still think the term ******* is a bit OTT and very uncalled for.

The avatar in question is amsuing as it is an Intel logo with idiot inside. The whole point of it is that it is a bios question that is obvious so the intel logo is very applicable - and the guy already knew it was a bit of a silly noob question and had to expect a bit of flaming.

A personal insult such as '*******' was completely uncalled for.

seems like we have a difference in opinions... but I stand by what I said; regardless of who said it, it was an a-hole comment

Why couldnt you just give him the answer instead of wasting your time and his on flaming him, and if you dont know it then dont post insults, im tired of people using the search and read the manual $hit, if your going to take the time to type that why not try taking the time to give a direct answer.
