    XM frodoplayer

Does anyone know why frodoplayer does not refresh the song list in XM. When I first turn on the xm application, all songs show and are current, but then the songs never change, not even when I click on them. Is this just the way frodo is designed or am I doing something wrong. I made my own cable, so maybe I did something wrong. Everthing else works great.

It works on mine. But try frodo's stand alone satellite player app and see if that works for you. It's a bit fresher than the one in frodoplayer.

could aslo be a shielding problem, but like bugbyte said, try the standalone app. if that doesnt work. Make sure that you have grounded the shield on your cable

When they shield.... you can use the bare wire (called a shield) instead of trying to slpice the super thin, easily breakable tinfoil looking stuff..... trying to splice that little silver willy wonka winnning ticket stuff is a pain in the arse.....

Yea, I spent a good hour trying to splice that together, so what.

Now that you mention it, I got my first soldering iron for my birthday....(37 yrs)

I have never soldered anything in my life.....till this freakin cable. My soldering iron sits to the right on my desk. Now I have little burn marks all over the Right side of my right hand because I forget its there and on.

Btw, My cable works now.....so I must not be a complete idiot....
