Check the manual that came with Centrafuse. I think it's in an XML file called "hotkeys" in the "System" folder inside the Centrafuse folder.
Hi,
I have installed Centrafuse and like the interface. Currently trying to configure a remote to work with the software. I got all the basic setup done however, how can I define my own hotkeys and map it to the remote.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

I am using an x10 carplayer media remote through girder. it not perfect but it works. I haven't taken the time to try to get all the kinks worked out.

I am using Niveus Media remote. Its similar to X10. I have mapped whatever keys I needed. I have looked at the .xml file and edited to meet my needs. However, how does centrafuse know what I want it to do. For example I added:
<ADDFAVORITE>Ctrl+Alt+A</ADDFAVORITE>
<SAVEPLAYLIST>Ctrl+Alt+H</SAVEPLAYLIST>
<REMOVE>Ctrl+Alt+F3</REMOVE>
How to tell centrafuse that I have added my own hotkeys?
Thanks
You can't add hot keys to Centrafuse. You can only customize the keypresses that activate the functions in the XML file.
New functions have to be add by David (the developer of Centrafuse).

Thank you all for the replies. One more question. I do not have touch screen LCD but a remote. Is there anyway I can add songs to my playlist? I am using wireless to automatically sync up with my server. However, centrafuse does not automatically add the new songs / directories to my playlist.
Thanks,
