Modding a rackmount case for arm rest install?

Ive tried searching to see if anyone else has done this or not. I was on keypower's website the other day looking at there power supplies and saw that they had rackmount cases. I was thinking of using one of these since i want to put my pc in my arm rest. Well actually in the arm rest of a custom built center console. Anyways it would be a great way to install the PC vertically and have it easily accessable. The rack mount casr has handles on it already and it even has a key lock. The key lock helping with theft prevention. Just wanted to get some thoughts or possibly see if anyone has tried this before and if it works or not?

    Thanks a lot in advance

A rackmount case is 19 inches wide by definition. That's going to be one seriously long arm rest. But hey, it would certainly be unique. Take pics!
