You should be able to.... what makes a mac hard drive a mac hard drive is the file system.....you just need to format it to whatever file system you are using (NTFS, FAT32, etc.). If you are installing windows, the windows installation should give you the option to format the drive, just make sure that you do a full format and NOT a quick format. Hope this helps!!

you have to format the drive to fat32 or ntfs to use the drive in windows. whne you format iit will wipe all data.

EDIT: Make sure the drive appears in your bios and then when in windows if it does not appear in 'my computer' you need to go to disk managment and format it there. (right click on 'my computer' and click manage)

OR if you installing windows on the drive just use the full disk format option.

as for the mobo - well the MAC doesnt use P3 CPUS so no! and the memory - maybe but i doubt it. Would have to be the same ram as your p3 mobo takes (normally PC133 SDRAM)

Are you installing this hard drive as an additional drive on a windows machine or do you want to install windows on it from scratch? As for the RAM I am not completely sure but I think you can use it. The motherboard does not work with P3s or any Pentiums....floppy drive, the same as ram.

Since you are installing Windows (i suppose) from scratch, just follow the instructions in the installation and it will walk you through formatting the hard drive, just remember, do a full format NOT a quick format. As for the mac hardware, I would test the RAM to see if it works with your setup, the rest I would toss (for $10 they can't be giving you much).
