NEWBIE : Car Radio HU ?

Hi there sorry if this has been covered... but I was just wondering... I have a Pioneer HU that plays MP3's but I was wondering, can I take out the radio and have my carputer used as a radio and to play music through the 6 speakers? How would I do it ? I have a renault Megane 53 if it makes any differnce ?
