    AC power to M1-ATX?

I have the Morex 3688 case, MII12k, and M1-ATX. I want to get things running in the house before I sweat my a$$ off in the garage. My case was orginally sent without the power brick, which arrived today. Now for my stupid question, how do I hook it up to run in the house. The DC end of the power brick has a plug on it that does not look to plug into anything that I have. Am I right in thinking I need to cut the end off of it. Hook the + to the M1-ATX ACC and constant in wire and the - to the ground???????

I did a bunch of searching and I think that is how some of you have done it with molex plugs. Will this do the trick?

Urm, what A (amp) rating is the power brick? If its like 1200mA or something, its not going to be enough. I dont know what comes with those cases.

I've used an old desktop ATX PSU to do my bench install - first I plugged straight into the mobo and drives to install o/s n stuff and make sure it was working - then I built in the Opus and made up a molex with 2 pins, (to yellow and black on PSU molex), with a flylead connected to the + (yellow) to test the start/shutdown.

In the picture, you have to get the 20 pin plug and link the green to any black (paper clip or bit of wire will do) to get the ATX to fire up. Then you need to make up a lead with a male molex with the colours shown, 3 wires from 2. Then connect the red and black to your opus/morex and connect the yellow on and off to test the fire up or shut down of the system.

Safety note - ALWAYS UNPLUG THE PSU WHEN NOT TESTING... just incase the link falls out or the cat pees on the wires or sommat

I think the brick says the output is 12-14v and 5.0amps? Anyway I just connected the ACC/Battery wires from the M1-atx to the positive of the brick and the neg to neg. After crossing my fingers and plugging it in it came on. I need to find a switch to put on the acc wire so I can turn it off without having to pull the plug.
