    CarNetix 1290? How? What?

    Hey guys,
    Still new to the site, but have been reading and drooling over all of your systems. I now have an ITX 12000 all set up.. With my Lilliput touch screen at the shop being installed tomorrow if not already done. I just ordered the CarNetix 1290 power supply, but I am in over my head. The only thing I am worried about with this system is how I am going to power it and have it on and off without eating all my power when the truck sits for a day or two. If any of you guys have a few minutes, some pointers on the install I am looking forward to will be great! Or if I got the wrong thing, or need more, let me know!

    Read the manual for the Carnetix P-1290. It has a built-in startup/shutdown controller. The manual is available at www.carnetix.com.

    Also, Carnetix has forums you can post on to ask any detailed install questions you may have. They answer back quick.
