    system almost finished

    hello every1 great site
    installed a pc into my mitsubishi lancer evoIII
    7"touchscreen
    epia m10000 cpu
    1gb memory
    m1-atx 90w power suply
    200gb harddrive
    sony slimline dvd-r
    gps reciever
    hauppaugue win tv with fm
    creative sound blaster 24bit sound card
    also using external amp for sound
    still to put in some software, i've been thinking of usine midia engine
    anywhey pics to follow soon

    Looks really good. Do you have any problems with the screen being so low? Do you have to take you eyes off the road longer then you need to?
    I would have tried to put the screen a little higer, it looks a little tough to do, but it would have been safer. But still a really good install.

    Looks like a nice tidy install , just wondering if your mobo suffers from overheating with it being so tightly packed behind the screen ?
    I ask this cos i was considering doing the same sorta thing in my mk4 ibiza as opposed to putting in the boot as most people seem to do . I want to keep the mobo as near to the screen as poss , just so i dont have wires all over the place .

    i looked at putting the screen higher but thought it looks more neet there
    plus i did'nt want other road users to notice it was on while driving
    "no officer i was not watching tv while driving" lol
