    Grounding

    I just set up my mobo on plexiglass, on the standoffs. I have noticed that the boot screen text is a bit shakey. So I need to ground a board standoff. For testing purpouses can I ground it to the Power Supply?

    are you using an inverter?

    if so, ground the inverter, and use at least 12 gauge wire, i grounded an inverter once with 18 guage once, melted the plastic coating on the cable

    no inverter right now. My system is on the bench still, and I am using a 120V PSU to test things out.
