it still says can not play copyright dvd with tv output enabled

yeap i said it was only for copying them ok now inwindows cause i don't know what the video chipset is on that board but in windows it the tv out set to clone the main screen or video overlay?

question i am not sure if this will help but is the tv out port cloning the vga port is or the tv out the only screen? if it is the only one is windows seeing it as the primary display?
