    can someone double check my logic... (sound card related)

    i have the Audigy 2nx external USB sound card. since this is an external USB card, does that mean that the music info will be sent from the computer hard drive to the soundcard via the USB cable only, or do i still have to run a line from the "line out" on the MB to the "line in" on the soundcard as well running the USB cable?
    sorry if this is a dumb question...

    No you dont need to run anything from line out. Just need the USB to be connected. And have your front/rear/sub(if you have one) connected
