    Fuse for ACC

Im not a expert, or even a decent novice when it comes to car electronics. I am trying to figure out if my ACC crimp behind the lcd in the dash is loose, or if a fuse blew.

How did I find the fuse, or what would be effected if the fuse blew?

in most cars the fuses are under the steering column all the way to the left and all the way back by the firewall. you may have to remove a panel or two (usually clip-on not screws for these). sometimes the fuse block is somewhere else, like in the trunk or under the hood. check your owners manual for the car which should also hopefully have a diagram of what fuse is what in the fuse box cause its usually hard to read the labels next to them.

Ok, I found the pwr acc fuse and it looked fine.

it was blue 15 amp fuse. This is the same control that turns the headunit on right? That is where I took the 12v switched from, the old HU harness.

You want to check the radio fuse, since you used that for the ACC power.

The cover should have a picture of were each fuse is.

    Post a pic?

Also check under the hood for another fuse box(doubt a radio fuse would be there).
