Mini ITX CPU + TRUNK = OVERHEAT?

I am worried about the functionality of CPU's while being a in trunk on a 100 degree day.

    Has anyone had problems?

    Has anyone found a solution?

Is a specific CPU set up to operate at higher temps?

Do a search for heat, high temp, etc. and it will show you how some people deal with high temperatures. I saw one setup where the rear speakers were removed to allow air from the cabin into the trunk. Another setup where someone ran a/c ducting into their trunk. In my trunk I have a vent on the rear fenderwell which I plan to put an exhaust fan on pushing hot air out of the car
