    Who can install LCD dash?

If I was to venture in this project my LCD would have to be installed into my dashboard (it looks so smooth). I was wondering who could I get to handle this kind of job? I'm in the New Orleans, LA area. Oh and it'll be in a Monte Carlo or Impala year 1999-2003 more than likely. Hook me up!

yeah for sure, I jumped into the whole bondo fabrication process without knowing a damn thing. Now 2 dashes later I feel like I learned something and it's a great feeling knowing that you made that with your own two hands. None of it is hard, you just have to have patience and about 20 packs of sandpaper.

jcdillin is absolutely right. I too started not knowing anything but learned so much just by looking through these forums. After reading the all the great input on fabrication I tough I would just give it a shot and it came out very good. Try it you’ll probably like it (except maybe for all the sanding).

Go to a junk yard, get an extra dash piece and start playing with it. Before you know it you will be done....

I am in the process of doing my first dash for my 99 vette. I have no experience doing this, and after about fifteen hours of labor, I am very pleased with the results. All I have left to do is send it out to leather magic for OEM style texturing.
Give it a shot, if you are nervous, by a used dash piece from a junkyard and work on that.
