isn't that 333mhz, which is more than the m10000 can handle?

Good catch....I think you're right. The Epia-M is rated for 266.
Here's a link to Kingston's memory configurator. I always buy Kingston, usually just as cheap and reliable...
EDIT: Before someone else spanks me. DDR (as I just read) is backward compatible, so you should be able to use PC2700 in a PC2100 slot. If you're going to be buying it and not using RAM you had lying around, you'd want to buy for what you need, it's probably cheaper (not always though) to buy the inferior speed RAM if its all you'll get out of it.
Kingston is your friend![]()
that is not an issue. generally, memory that can run @ 333 MHz is more reliable running @ 266 Mhz. otherwise, there is no technical issue.Originally Posted by Moneyfink
Right, when I bought RAM for my M10000, I ended up with PC2700 because it was cheaper (same Kingston product line).Originally Posted by NeckPayne

Status: VM GTI sold, got out of the CarPC tinkering hobby, but I still think about getting back in.
I had a stick of 2700 samsung kicking about so I used it in my m10k - no problems
