MP3 Player In-line W/ CD-Deck

After looking around the forums I was hoping I get some help, tips, or suggestion. If this has already been addressed, sorry just send me to the link of the topic and I'll be happy

I have a 20GB Creative Zen and I have a Sony CDX7700.

I don't want to use an FM Modulator to hook up my mp3 player, because I've read of many people saying they have bad quality at times. So my question is, what is the simpliest way to do what I want to do (any links to suggested products would be appreciated as well). Thanks.

1/8" headphone to L/R RCA. You'll likely find something cheaper than RatShack if you look hard enough.
