Question about indash dvd w/screen

I know what I want to do for audio, but cannot figure out what to do for video. I want a indash dvd player with a screen, but it cannot be a typical flip up unit because of my dash being in the way. I was considering the JVC KD-AVX1 with a 3" screen, but I don't like it THAT much. Anyone know of any other options I might have? I don't want a separate dvd player somewhere else in the car, I want it in dash. Here's a pic of my dash:

I'm not too concerned with a scree blocking the vents if I could get a screen to flip down instead of up. I would love to use an avic-N2 or similar, but if only I could get the screen to flip DOWN. Any suggestions would be helpful! Thanks!

why not install it upside down? Just remember when you are puttin in your DVD's!

In all seriousness, why not take the unit apart and just flip the screen around or even the hinges and just switch them the other way? Im not 100% sure if that would work as I havent played with those yet but its worth a shot to at least ask your local audio shop.

I thought of that also, I do really wonder if it would work. I just don't want to spend $1000+ to try and find out if the screen will work upside down.
