You were just told that if you get the M1-ATX, you don't need the CarPC Pro.

Why are you so intent on using the CarPC Pro? If you want to use that and a DC-DC power supply, look at a Keypower unit.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

If you want to use CarPC Pro, get the Keypower DC-DC PSU or an inverter and AC PSU.
Or you can get an ALL-In-1 option. M1-ATX, Opus 150W, or the upcoming DSATX. All can be found in the forum's store.
