Find the highest shelf in your residence and set the motherboard up there.

Do I think anyone can help you? Sure. Do I think anyone should? No.
If you're going to be building a PC in your car, you're going to need to know your PC inside and out, including how to install a motherboard, all the other components, install Windows, drivers, service packs and software.
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
    How about the Wiki?

Do I know how to build computer yes have I ever had a motherboard like this no. Even looking through manual I that gives no information on the manufacter if the product is odd in my eyes. I looked at the manual that talks about jp4 jumper for the fsb switch which is not even located on the on motherboard. They gave no information on the other jumpers on the motherboard. Everything is already connected and hookuped.
