    Carputer basics

    Ok. I get the idea behind this carputer. I've built various home PCs and installed the odd stereo, so I'm not completely stupid so bare with me. What do I need and how is this installed, controlled. etc etc... Lastly will my Alpine 9813 work as a good head unit in a system like this?

    All info on carputers would be greatly appreciated
