Green/white twisted wire: Where does it go?

Can someone please tell me where the green/white twisted wires go on the Epia MII 1000 motherboard. I know for power but specifically where because I am an idiot I guess.

On a side note, I have the Opus 120 hooked up and I am getting two flashing green lights out of it. The troubleshooting section says the power supply may be shot :-(

Edit: I just realized that I do not have any jumpers on the Opus. Is this the problem I am having? Where do I get these from if I bought the Opus used and it did not come with any?

It connects to the jumper pins on the opposite side of the CPU, I cant remember what pins they are, look in the manual they are the Power wires...

    F_PANEL, pins 6-8.

Now get the manual and read it. Your answer is on page 2-12 (or p27 in the PDF).
Have you looked in the FAQ yet?
